Last years venue has already a different event on the planned weekend. We're checking for other options for the same weekend, but we might have to choose a different weekend if we struggle to find a location.
We will keep you updated once we have news to share.

If you're struggling for venues, I can probably get a place near me for free, of course, that's in the UK, not Berlin. Also need to check that it has internet.

Bleh, I can't do this year. Fingers crossed for next year.🤞 Of course my passport was last used when I was 7 years old so I'd need to sort that out first anyway, haha. 😁

talked with liberson today on my livestream, he said he was gonna try to close it down this first week of january, lets wait and see.

yea I really need a definitive date so I can book a flight. The more we wait the more expensive they will get

if the venue in Berlin is an issue, can we do it in Groningen at Farah's house?

Venue near me is still available as backup.

My house is still available but I'd suggest waiting for Linberson to talk with venues since we decided on Berlin. If there is nothing available (which i doubt) then we can resort to my house.

You can book accomodation/transport now. The particpiation fee will be somewhere between 20-30€.
I will try to tie up all loose ends with the vneue by the end of this week.

As for games / schedules you need to ask timinator, but really cool would be if everyone brings some ideas.

Work till 3pm wont be a problem since most stuff will happen after that from my experience.

Alright, booked my flight. I'm arriving Thursday night. If you or someone you know is willing to host me on their couch, that would be fantastic. It will be my first time in Germany.
