I keep getting forced into games with other players. I don't get an invitation or any opportunity to decline instead i just get an email telling me me it's my turn. My turn to make a move in a game I didn't agree to play! How can I stop getting forced into games with other players?

Other games were your forced to join include ladder games, tournament games and games from custom ladders or tournaments.
