Maybe a solution would be to make it possible to mark team chat publicly viewable after a game ends? Of course, that'd require a fair bit of coding, changes to the database... It could be done, but is probably more work than you'd expect.
An alternative would be to make it easier to select the contents of chat; currently you can only select on line at a time. If it were possible to conveniently select large chunks, you could easily copy-paste the relevant parts to public chat (or the forum). Of course, that does require cooperation from your opponents. Then again, we're talking about drastically increasing visibility of stuff they wrote thinking it'd be private, so you need their cooperation anyway. (This solution also has the benefit of allowing a partial publication, in cases where friends discuss strategy and personal stuff at the same time.)
