I couldn't find anything in Wiki that explains how the game multiplier works except vague mentions about some games being worth more (like ladder games).

Can anyone provide link with more information?

Most real time games are 50%. I've seen ladder games at 200%

The other day I won a game and it was 10% for some reason and I'm not sure why.

The only non-standard settings were the Off and Def kill rate and that the reinforcement cards gave a % instead of a flat amount. Does one or both of these lower the value of the game? Why?

Realtime - 50%
realtime tourney - 75%
multiday - 100%
multiday tourney - 150%
ladder - 200%

using altered kill ratio - 10% (as it was used for lottery games)

no clue what about tourney with altered kill ratios

There is also a penalty if you beat the same opponent multiple times in a short time interval. I don't know the details, but I think it's something like 50% for each time in the last week.

And of course there is an add-block penalty.
