Poor him, you should explain to him about surrendering, because he obviously enjoys the game, but must be getting filtered out of almost every player-made game there is.

Put it this way, he can start a new account ANY DAY! So this statistic won't affect him at all.
Yet, if every game he's been booted from was a 5min boot, then he will have potentially wasted 37 hours of fellow players time combined.
He could have made a new account, and if he even knew he was being filtered from games, probably would have. He seems just to not understand, and isn't out to waste your time.
