One more idea:

I think, it could be helpful, to show in open games, how many games might be there, but are not visible to the logged in player, because either not meeting the filter criteria or because of being blacklisted.

For example a line telling:

There are 5 more games, where you dont meet the open seat criteria and 8 games which are not shown because you are blacklisted.

---
I think, that this could change behaviour of players, when the get a kind of feedback, on how many games they are blacklisted.

See my other comment about blacklist management in an parallel thread.

Interesting idea. I'd be concerned, however, about showing blacklist counts, since that would only encourage the most troublesome players to go create a new account if they knew how many games they were missing out on.

It would be very cool to see the games where you don't have enough games played or a high enough win rate. Something you can strive for. It would be really bad, I think, to see the games where your boot rate is too high or you are blacklisted, because the "fix" to that is to create a new account.

According to Fizzers argument, I agree to your point.
However, when combining the invite- and blacklist into one common scored list, like i wrote in another thread [http://warlight.net/Forum/Thread.aspx?ThreadID=3226]
the blacklist argument would only be one of the open seat criteria.

In that case, there would be only one information: How many games are not visible to you, because of open seat prerequisites.

That would reduce creating new accounts, as each new account will run into many other restrictions, so there is no escaping with an new account.
