Also, there are several clans that were underrated and their players did very well. I don't think there needs to be a 'best', they all deserver props for their internal development.

I recommend the MASTER HUNTERS if you want to bully some MASTERS.

Poon Squad probably gets laid the most, but 101st and Outlaws are great choices for beginners looking to get better

For me, it's The Night's Watch (That clan really get me into making diplos and Game of Thrones, though I'm in a few of them as of right now) and currently, Imperial Dynasty (Pretty much inactive now because most of them move on to different games but I'll stay with the clan since I joined their discord)

There have been fewer Turtles ever than I think any/most "elite" clans ever. (Yes I think we have had lower memberships than Apex and #Elite).
