In games where there's a timer at the top-right of the screen for the first turn, to decide the move order, does anyone get a lot of lag on those turns?

For some reason that timer lags the heck out of any device I'm using - JavaScript on my computer, and both the Android and iOS apps.

It slows me down because zooming, clicking on territories to deploy and then set moves, all become a lot slower than usual. Just wondering, does anyone else have this same issue?

If that doesn't help, what browser are you using on desktop etc? If it's a persistent issue, Fizzer might have some thoughts on it

@Investor that’s factually inaccurate. JavaScript is the only native language of the web for client-side scripting.

Try changing the web mode to UJS-canvas (experimental but stable) or Flash (legacy) to make Warzone run faster in your browser.
As for on your phone, reduce the FPS. To do this:

• Open Warzone
  
• Tap the profile icon in the top right
  
• Scroll to “Frame rate”
  
• Choose a lower frame rate by tapping on the current FPB
  

Which phones do you run Warzone on?
Which browser do you use and what are your computer specs?

You can always send a bug report by going to Help -> Contact -> Report bug if the slowness continues.

For Chrome, RT games in flash sometimes have this problem. Not just first turn, sometimes every turn this happens.
UJS or Unity doesn't have this problem.

Thanks! I'll try lowering the framerate on my iPad and Android 6 phone next time I come across one of those games with a first-turn timer and see if it works better.

On my computer I'm using Firefox 64 - the game is normally fairly smooth on this computer, but I guess the high refresh rate of the timer is causing some slow down. Thanks for the help!
