I generally agree that the rule can be improved and it will for next CL. I think it's fair to say that when written the rule was not considering something similar to today's situation. Changing an old and established rule suddenly right before the signups end is just not the right way to alter rules. That being said, I do encourage any clan who wish to use this rule for CL 11 to go well above the minimum requirement.

Does that mean that whoever signs up until 13th NWO will also plays in B now to fill this group?

It's a bit hard to speculate Clans for B when A is not settled yet and signups are open. Thru it is possible that there will be extra promotions if needed.

Someone asked about Discord too. I don't have the time to manage/moderate one more Discord server, however I am sure the owner of the CL 10 discord is happy to pass it on if anyone wants to moderate it and go and asks for it.

I guess i missed what started this talk. What is going on with masters and blitz?

Nothing is going on with masters and blitz. People are getting worked up over nothing. Where did this even come from?

Blitz is hereby trying to take over M'Hunters' spot for CL11.

As a heads up to all clan. I intend to get CL 11 started ASAP, which means an ambitious goal of the first tournament being created on 2/1. It's recommended that the clan's start working on who is going to be on their roster at this time.

I am currently working on the schedule for CL 11. It will be posted right after signups ends. If you have any opinions regarding the schedule or want to see a (extremely highly subject to change) preliminary schedule please contact me.

Sorry for the confusion, I use ~ as shorthand for approximately. The relevant thread always has the correct deadline since I prefer to make the deadlines relative to the time of the post. (Really, I am just too lazy to deal w/ timezones)

I think it rather important that the templates be decided before I can think up how I want to manage a roster. And templates are far from decided. We don't even have the paired down voting list yet.

Roster I consider easy to make, so I assume you are talking (mostly) about lineups. I am well aware that the deadlines are tight so if it comes down to it I will push the start back. However, I am currently aiming for my ambitious goal :)

You can now submit rosters. Please use the following format and mail the roster of your clan to me. Rosters are due 1/28.

If a clan is unable to meet the deadline, please reach out to me ahead of time and I may be able to give you one or two extra days. As soon as a roster is sent to me, I will add it to the sheet (aka, it's public as soon as it is submitted).

As always in CL, failure to turn in a roster means that a clan can be removed from this CL.
