Well, we do have at least* 3 guys with a PhD in the clan (4 if you count alts) for only 18 (non-alt) members. So I guess that sorta does count as nerds...

Will qualifier clans get to vote on which of the templates selected are in stage 1 of qualifiers and which are in stage 2 or no???

Voting time! As a reminder A and B vote to determine what templates are used in CL. The Q's vote to determine what templates will be used in Stage 1 or Stage 2 (of the templates that A and B selects)! A clans votes by sending me a WZ mail from one of their contacts.

Until the tournament start/lineup are public, subs/changes are free. Also, I haven't really settled for a fixed format for them. As long as it's clear who does what it is fine.

When I remember right you have time until tournaments are created. Substitutions are free until that point.... But I can't find where I read that.. (?)

To clarify a few things, since I have observed some confusion/misunderstanding.

Lineups change is free until they are made public, which at the latest means the time the first tournament is created (not started). That is 2/1. (We need to invite the right players after all).

The deadline is 1/30 because you really should not be late. You might have less time to join the first tournament and if I think you are late on purpose (that is, to see other clan's lineup first) I might implement other consequences to offset the unfair advantage gained.

I know the time between templates being know and lineup is short and the grace time is given to help alleviate this. But don't abuse the grace time. Also, needless to say, the expectations is higher for clans in A and B,

Yeah, it's (very) poor choice of words there. By start of a tournament I referenced it's creation, not when games are created. Logically, ofc, the lineups must be know before the games are created :) Also, to be clear you are not the only ONE! [ha, puns] that this confused. Anyway, I haven't been consistent with the words I have used (particular since the schedule uses start and created) so a clarification was in order.
