We could have a different timezone every week, out of a set of 3 for ecample, and clans need to make sure they have someone able to play.
Bit mean for location based clans but ...

Location based clans don't play in division A or B as far as i'm aware, so if we go with only having those divisions play the RT format, there should be no problem with that.
If we're going to try a test run, i'd be able to stream the event or organize a part of it.

1/2/13 - Clan League 2 started
9/29/15 - Clan League 7 started Average time about 6 months.
So 5 more clan leagues would be Clan League 12. Clan League 11 starts on 2/13/19 Average time would be about 8-9 months.

It's starting to take too long so yeah, I agree
