You guys realize you don't have to play them all at once right?

As long as ya'll join them within a reasonable amount of time, you can take your time in how long you play them.

As far as i have unterstood it, you need to join as much games that u play at least 2 (like in the regular tournament). Everything more is up to you, but u can also wait to join them until one of the other 2 games are done.

Can anyone tell how long a "reasonable amount of time" to join the games is?

Will the game stay ready to join for an indefinite period? Or it times out after 15 days (or something)

We will be playing 2 games per template and just don't want the effort put into creating the games wasted for any reason.

Imo, as long as every game is joined by the time that all CL games (in tourneys) are created, it's fine.

I would propose like 5 days after the last tourney game is created that you would need to join or else it count as a loss.

Also communication to the opposition helps

In scenarios like this, I advise following the words of "Just don't be a dick about it".

In this context, you can keep your opponents waiting for a reasonable amount of time but don't take the piss like joining when 90% of the games are done.

Farah's updates are very cool, but I guess it is also very time consuming.
This is why we have so few :(

But now that we have ton of replacement games, the situation is totally untraceable for a CL fan like me :(

Would be good a not so detailed (and cool) updates like Farah's, but a weekly one!

As a fan, I am wonder when the ONE! will win this CL11, but I cannot find the necessary infos ;)

Although, there's only one mistake with it, the ONE! isn't in the first place (yet! ;) )

With me working towards CL12, it's now only Meldarion updating the sheet, that being said anyone willing to help that I can trust not to mess with the sheet I'd gladly give edit access to. From what I can tell Meld updates it about once every two days, so it is very accurate.

Can we put a link to Cowboy's sheet in the first post so that when more messages come in it is easy to find?

It's also my player provided link, but that is a good idea.
