Here's a joke that's against almost all nationalities:

The UN once held a world-wide petition that all people of the world had to answer. It contained only one question:

Would you please tell us your honest opinions about a solution to the shortage of food in the rest of the world?

It was a disaster. Here are the reasons why no country could answer it:
In Africa, people didn't know what "food" meant.
In Europe, people didn't know what "shortage" meant.
In Russia, people didn't know what "honest" meant.
In China, people didn't know what "opinion" meant.
In the Middle-East, people didn't know what "solution" meant.
In South America, people didn't know what "please" meant.
And in the US, people didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant.
