Is there anyone who would want to do this. I'm seeing more and more of these custom scenario maps and they can be quite intersting. I was thinking like a civil war on USA big with changed bonuses obviously. I was also wondering wether it would be like everyman per state so a member would have to make it. this could play off of that general theme. this is just an idea.
