In a tournament with no auto-boot settings, is it the case that it can become permanently stalled?
I'm in one now where one team has surrendered and the other team has disappeared - the player whose turn it is appears to have become inactive for a couple of months. There is no one to boot the winner and the winner is not accepting the surrender. It's a bizarre circumstance, but I suppose not unheard of. Does this happen frequently? Is there any solution?

Wait a hundred days and the one delaying the game will be auto-booted.

So there's always a default 100 day autoboot? That's a good feature!

i thought it was just for games. an email gets sent out to the game creator 100 days after a game was created, if it hasnt started yet. its then automatically removed two weeks later. i think tournament games do get permanently stalled, still.
