I like it! And I like the elimination awards. Will there be a rule around surrendering so there can be competition for getting kills (eliminations)? Such as, no player may surrender until he is the last remaining player on his team? Probably this will prolongate games too longs, but, it'd be really fun! And give something for players to compete against their teammates for, which I think would be exciting.

IMHO the "should've demanded more" award is worth too high. That sort of counteracts the players demanding higher salaries, which as I understand it is quite important in making the league a success. I'd suggest making it either worth 5 xp OR make it worth 10 but then make the "moneymaker" award worth 20.

Player of the Year / MVP - All players vote for the winner of this award
Rookie of the year - same but only for new players ie from season 2. Though this years rookies could be taken from only the lower tiers

|> Competition among teammates? what do you suggest?
I was just thinking about how in real sports there's definitely some competition within teams for who can score the most points/ goals or assists or things like that. You know, personal stats are important to players. Maybe we can have prizes for most army kills? And fewest armies lost. The statistics button for members measures this stuff, right?
