It's not really a ladder, it's much more similar to an ELO so it doesn't make sense to have a permanent trophy for being first in it.

Yeah, because people will leave the ladder so fast, not sure there should be a trophy (there is not one for hitting first in middle of seasonal one). But, if he does do one, should probably wait a while to let ratings and rankings sort out more.

Chris when you leave the ladder you are still on the ladder board. I believe after the ladder hits 50 people a trophy should be awarded
