I found a cool typing game last year called "Nitrotype". It is a competitive multi-player typing game that you level up and get money to buy cool new cars. You can join at http://www.nitrotype.com/join/Motocross5800 to get ean extra $50,000 starting money, and after you complete 20 races, I also get the $50,000. Ask me any questions. I will keep track of the top 10 fastest typers on Warlight if you join. My goal is to invite 25 people that played 20 races each and I will get $1,000,000 on nitrotype. Well that was fun while it lasted. I won a bunch of races, lost a couple in the middle that had numbers when I wasn't using nitros, and then the game asked me to do a speed test to make sure I wasn't cheating, because apparently I'm just that good. So I did, and then it gave me an Error: Invalid Request, try refreshing the page. So I did, and it gave me another speed test. No matter how many I tried though, the same error came up. I can fail the tests just fine though. -_- So yeah, that's that, I can't race anymore. I was having a similar error message before that when trying to buy stuff from the garage as well, so if you can do that I'm sure you'll be fine. I'll try again tomorrow, see what happens.

I'm learning so much from the teaser paragraphs, but I want to know more! Just when it gets interesting (SPOILER ALERT), like when I learn the max speed of a viking longship, it ends. WTF! I want to know more!!!!

It's really addictive! I've never practiced touch typing before so my fingers don't really go where they're supposed to but with some practice I'll give some of the others a run for their money :D

I feel so slow with my typing speed - I can't even touch type well - I'm better off remembering whole sentences and then looking at the keyboard as I type. Of course, then again, I guess being able to retain short-term memory for long sentences is learning in some way.

Wow, most of the people on there are bloody pathetic. In the half-dozen times I played I won every 'race' by a bloody mile averaging mid-70s wpm. Most of the opponents would be mid-20s with maybe one other person breaching 50s. Whats the point?

Hey, it works today. :) Anyways, yeah my account name is "wisdomspower", on most sites Garrett is already taken so I choose whatever combination of wisdom, courage, and power sounds good. I think I'm starting to settle on WisdomsPower though.

@Richard Sharpe, perhaps you're grouped with all of the other slow typists. Try getting your average up to 80ish and you'll see some good competition.

@Pooh, sounds like the issue was primarily due to not joining but just playing as a guest. The wife joined and said the competition was much stiffer, though still less than stellar. She actually wasn't able to win every single race.

BTW, like that you think mid-70's is slow and would make sense to pair with the mid-20s...

that is wierd; after the first game, it sees how fast you type and it pairs you with people around the speed you are typing at...
