I am not available to test however I have found changes that should be made in relation to territories part of Canada.
La Haute ---> Gaspésie
Portneuf ---> Quebec City
Montmagny ---> Montreal (not that there is no land bridge across the St. Lawrence R.)
Simcoe ---> Muskoka (My home)
Hastings ---> Durham
Sudbury ---> Georgian Bay
South Labrador ---> Happy-Valley-Gouse-Bay (Yes it is a real place)
Newfoundland Island ---> St. John's (Note that Newfoundland is **one** landmass and has no island)
South Baffin Island ---> Iqualuit
Fort Smith ---> Yellowknife
South Yukon ---> Whitehorse
Queen Charlotte Island ---> Haida Gwaii Islands (They were renamed a few decades ago)
