I wonder if anyone is banning multiaccounts or nobody cares? For example I created like 5 other accounts, I even posted about it on forum, even admin Fizzer was talking to those accounts saying its me etc. No bans, those accounts are still alive, I could even create 100 of them, join by them a multiday tournament and win it easily, especially if it was a team tournament. I didnt, it was just a test for fun.
I even heard it is easy to play real time with multies. Just open 3 different browsers.
Lately Im feel like Im playing against more and more multiaccounts? Is this a solution to pretend warlight has more and more players which are actually multiacounts of one player?

Multi-accounts are allowed unless they are used to give an unfair advantage in a game or tournament. The fact that you have them is fine (Fizzer has said as much, and clearly he knows about them), but if you did create that tournament, you'd likely get suspended or at least warned.
I have no idea what Fizzer considers acceptable within this plan or not. Would he let you play ranked FFA games with you having multiple players? No. Would he let you play exclusively against yourself in the same game? Not sure.

Duke nails it. Multi-accounts only become an issue when they are used to the owner's advantage in tournaments or multiplayer games.
As for playing 1v1s with yourself, I obviously don't know Fizzer's mind but wouldn't think that would be an issue. After all, there are legitimate reasons for doing so whether it be simply testing strategies or to better understanding cards. Even if used for lesser purposes (like boosting win percentage) it is ultimately harmless since such standings are utterly meaningless as any decent player knows.

I played ranked ffa and team games with multiaccounts, I even won some. I posted that on forum too. Nobody cared.
About that tournament, its just a theory, I didnt do such thing, Im saying its possible.
Multiaccounts are especially popular in big FFA games for 24 players. I like such big games and I wish I didnt play against multiaccounts of one player. Thats why Im posting here. Admin should do sth about it even if it will eliminate 75% of the warlight players including General 'The Golden Troll' Arun.

Beyond deleting the multiples and warning/banning the original account there really isn't much that can be done about it. One of the hazards of a free service such as Warlight.

Here's a thought about single games (setting aside tourneys for a moment). It seems to me it would be an abuse to enter multi-account competitors in an FFA game or to enter multi-account competitors on opposite sides of a team game. However, I'm not so sure it would be an abuse to have the clones play on the SAME team in a multi-player game. Thoughts?

And I know people here on warlight, who play their games ONLY with multiaccounts having opened 2 or 3 browsers at a time. Nobody cares and its hard to prove it.

hang, I think that isn't considered an exploit or bannable because there is no conflict of interest. I know that there was a tournament set up to do precisely that not too long ago (3v3 tournament, all the players used three accounts each).
As for people joining FFAs with multiple accounts to give themselves an advantage, all I can say is that if they are caught, they get in trouble. Since multiple people play from the same house (siblings, father-son, etc), Fizzer can't just limit who can join games. If you see someone multi-accounting in the same game, report it. If you do it, expect to be found out at some point, even if you get away with it for a while.
There are simply too many games for Fizzer to check each one, but he does check reports that people submit.

On warlight there are also moderators, who can ban multiaccounters. And its easy to check IP adress. Still Fizzer know I have multiaccounts and I won with them some games and does nothing.

Furious, checking IP is meaningless. IPs change and it's perfectly legit to have multiple people playing from the same internet connection. Even you should know that.

Ok, but I had many accounts on the same IP and thats how smart Fizzer figured out that its me. And to play real time with multiaccounts, You have to play on the same IP (most likely).

Not to mention highschools usually only have a single IP for all their computers; kids playing in the lunch break can results in many dozens of accounts on the same IP, perfectly legitimately (from WL's point of view, the school might disagree ;) ).

it is very obvious when you are playing against multi's...(i'm playing against some now)...i look at it this way, it's a lot of fun to beat someone that's using 2 or 3 accounts....& even if you don't, they still haven't won legitimately, so what satisfaction could they possibly get knowing that their pea-sized brains aren't capable of beating someone else mano-a-mano....hahahaha...multi's are losers!

As long as you choose your teammates well, the advantage gained by multi-accounts is pretty negligible and in fact may be disadvantageous since the one brain may miss things that the multi-brains will catch.
Now, if you start playing multi-accounts on BOTH SIDES of a game, that would be straight up cheating and would probably get your accounts banned and possibly result in an IP block if you are persistent.

I've got 2 accounts. This one and one named Risker that my friend Kyle uses to play against me. I've only played against it in practice matches (although I think he's played a ranked game or two). Legal or not?

I think multi-accounts cant be recognize well.
There are always ways to cheat, but it should be not too easy.
In multiplayer games there should be systems to reduce the cheating and protect the friendly gamers against the unfriendly ones. There are different system already installed, like the Black-List and the open information to the boot-rate of each player.
In the multi-player account problem there could be a account verification. Where you have to send some ID-card to someone, and then your account its locked to this ID.
Now you can create games where only verified accounts can play. But this system means lot of work for the administration.
Or you dont allow multiaccount logins from the same Ip and if you want to have multiple account over same ip ( fahter and son) you must say it to an admin.
and so on.
greetings
