If there are an odd number of players eligible for a game, it won't be able to give everyone a game. I see you're in a game now so I suspect you just got skipped a few times in a row.

I losted 1 point in my rating by winning a game VS PAOLO. I was 2391 and after the game I'm 2390.
I know that because of is smal rating I can't get point but if I lose point when I lose a game , maybe our confrontation should be blocked by the big difference of rating...or something else...

2390 vs 1200 ---> TrueSkill mean goes down and variation basically does not change.

I didn't t really read the rules... And don t remember stats anyway.
I notice that if I exceptionally lose a game against one of the lowest rank I will lose lot of my rating and when if I win those games I can lose points anyway...
We could integrate a maximum difference of rank between 2 players that block such games. (Games that diminute your rank when u win)

It is not that easy, since it also depends on variation, so the range would be different for every player. Also I am not sure how well can it be implemented since activity on ladder is not perfect and that might block some games. Probably the wisest choice is just to look who is on the ladder at a given time.

I believe TrueSkill mean and the rating is only a function of TS mean + variation, but we'd need Fizzer to confirm since both could be implemented into the algorythm.
