This thread is for any topics or discussions relating the game League of Legends. For example, do you guys think that Riot nerfed Kassadin a bit too much in the new patch? Is he still a viable pick for mid lane?

I need a decent ranged champion (preferably with skill based shots) which is pretty cheap to unlock. Any suggestions?

As to answer your question, there are some pretty decent picks that are 3150 or less. For supports, Janna and Morgana have some pretty awesome skills shots with very long cc, but their autoattack range are both pretty bad.

For mid laners, Nidalee is an awesome pick (that spear is so op). Lux is also a good mid laner to buy, since her range on her abilities are very long and her skillshots are not that hard to land.

Finally, Corki is a good ADC (or mid if you want to troll and go AP) who has spammable rockets once you reach level 6. However, he isn't really a good pick at the moment. Of course, they might buff him like they did several months ago.

I'm a total noob. I played with Vel'Koz at first and felt most comfortable with him. I didn't like melee that much so I would like to unlock a champ with decent ranged skill shots. I normally go mid too. Are all the champs you mentioned below 3150?

Lux, Nidalee and Corki are 3150. Janna and Morgana are 1350

I like to play tank/support but mainly tank...i also play ranged ap but thats about it... haven't reached level 30 yet since i play on and off since Nov. 2 years ago.. lol half a level to go!

i saw a mate play LoL once, really needed a stronghold of a mouse, that game required so many clicks per second just to stay competitive it was borderline silly.

League is actually a pretty fun game to play. There are so many different people to play with different styles of gameplay. Personally, the game only really gets interesting when you reach level 30 and play ranked. I was a gold player back in season 3, and when you play with more higher skilled players, the gameplay is a lot more satisfying.

Why don't you guys use the Riot forums for discussions like this ?? They have millions of users willing to answer questions like this.....
