Should name the territories. Leaving them as numbers is pretty lame and will make it harder to play in my opinion

The borders need to be improved. And you misspelled Ukraine and Japan.

So wait, what is this a map on? Are you going to make the whole world, or just these nations. I know its a bit of work, but it would look a lot neater if you fixed up the connections in Europe and china so the nations' borders would touch. And it would be nice to have some bonuses, but I am sure you are eager to show your map to the public, I understand.

Is among three Super powers and some bases (stars) and principals cities in the north, mt intention is.... if you want go to europe from China or USA cross the cities and the bases do you like it?
