Than any argument about average intelligence is nonsense because there is no good way to measure intelligence. As there is no good way to define intelligence in a way that is narrow enough to measure. I would imagine that a much more persuasive argument about why black people tend to earn less would somehow involve social and and economic arguments. Black people tend to attend worse schools and receive worse educations (at least in the US), they more often come from broken homes, black families more often are stuck in poverty cycles. There are plenty of reasonable and more persuasive explanations that don't involve just making racist claims saying black people are just inherently more violent and stupid as your comment implies.
