I would just pick one, but there's a million to chose from and it's a lot of effort ant time to find out about them all.
I want a clan that's active, because I don't like having half the players in a game getting booted before turn five. I play multiday games. I roleplay mostly, so a clan that has roleplayers. I try not to be strict about it, but I want at least basic morality; roleplaying as a jerk I'm fine with just don't be a jerk. I do sometimes play strategic, but not a lot. Also, one of the reasons I want a clan is because then I can do clan games and be sure most or all players are active, so a number of players would be nice. If you know of or are in a clan that fits this then please describe it here and I'll consider joining it.

Not to be ungrateful for the suggestions, but I do diplo/rp more then strategy, and it seems the clans you suggested are strategy oriented. Do you know of clans that are half or mostly roleplayers?

Your win rate is a bit low for their requirements. But you only have 129 games under your belt so that could change fairly quickly. For a more serious reply: As already stated CORPS is good in this regard, but are also playing strategic games.

Now for my suggestions in order(1 is the best to join and so on).
1.CORP

2.Stahlgewittern https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=84 (as a semi role-player myself i gotta suggest this clan they are a great bunch of people, there as some good ones stopped playing recently but the one renaming should still be fire and ready for some new blood--> ived played a lot with guys from this clan)(ps. this clan is always looking for members to add to their regular role-play diplo games).

3.The Roleplayers Guild https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=3 (i only belive they are roleplaying, but havent played that much with em, i belive they have more clan only role-play games).

4.Nuke Diplomacy https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=372 (they are currently playing in CL meaning strategic leuge basicly, but i belive they are role-players too. They have had some bootes lately, but they are few, so might be worth a shot).

5. Roleplayers Realm https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=68 (there are pretty many of them, unknown who many actually plays i dont know rly).

6.The Last Alliance https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=349 (this is a newer role-play clan maybe they are more active, than no.5? whos from 2013?).

Well there you got it, they ones i know have been known by most, but again no.1, 2, 3 are the best options really. Good luck, hunting role-players!

Then I'll think about roleplayers guild and roleplayers realm, they seem best for me. I don't want CORP because they exclude players for being mediocre or poor in strategy. Stahlgewittern seems more strategy oriented, less roleplay, so no.

Roleplayers Realm is an abandoned clan. Their founder and only manager has been banned in 2015 as far as I know.

Also CORP's strat requirements are only for Scorpio, the strat part of the clan. For the diplo part (Hyaku-men), you just need to share 5 diplo games that show you have basic manners.

They're both a RP and a strat clan, so they have different requirements between the dojos.
