Are you like me and most people I know, liking a movie with a good story, or are you more interested in fights and explosions and stuff?
Legitimate curiosity of common preference, no other reason or anything.

I'm not at that stage yet. And yes, the story is everything. If you like spiderman you should play the ps4 game. It has a great story is rather fun to play.

What makes for a bad story is a lot of plot holes, things in the story that don't make sense even with the physics and history of that particular universe. For example, in a Star Trek movie where holograms fight each other, which doesn't make sense because holograms can't touch. That's a plot hole because it shouldn't happen.

I dunno about movies, but for games, story by far.
I really like games like Red Dead (both ones) not just because of the dead eye or the TERRIBLE cover system, but because of the story.
This is also why I like Dishonored 2 and Fallout: New Vegas
