He's trying to double-pick North America I'm pretty sure, but you should really only do that when you can get it in 2 turns. 3 takes too long

Report the bug (Help > Contact > Report Bug). You might want to include a screenshot of which templates you’re using and the unwanted games being created.

I know, i was just curious :p

This isn't the default template, but the one added later on ( by huddyj i guess), which would've unlocked due to the change of rankings in the top 40 templates.

goto https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?Quickmatch=1 - templates and uncheck this template. This isn't a bug.
