When creating a game it seems that multiple bonuses on a map are not allowed when choosing the local deployment option. I wonder why ... as many maps have multiple bonuses. Any chance that this can be changed?

This refers to when a territory is a part of more than one bonus, not when a map has multiple bonuses.

I don't see why you can't have local deploy and superbonuses at the same time. If you know why, please explain.

Understood. If someone could come up with a code for it then the third option would definitely be best.

my first idea would have been to be able to mark "super bonuses" as super bonuses when creating a game instead of turn it to 0 so when the game starts the game forces you to deploy first for the super bonuses and then for the rest.

In short, Warzone wouldn’t know if you deployed armies in the superbonus or in a bonus inside of the superbonus.

Would it matter if there is a priority set where to take it off first .. like decrease local bonus first (lvl 1) ... then major bonus (lvl 2).... then lvl 3 ... 4 ... and last but not least bonus for # of territories (lol 8) to end with standard turn armies (lvl 9). Actually I played a game with local deployment plus standard troops each turn ... so there must be some kind of level/category specification already. .... for info .. I am a soft ware developer myself .. I dont see why it would be impossible.

how do you define which bonus is "local" and which is "major"? because in warlight currently all bonuses are the same level.

When deploying in LD, you should simply have an option to select a bonus you own, and then deploy the troops from that bonus, then select the next bonus and do the same, and so on until all LD deployments are completed. That gives manual control over which bonus is selected.

I agree with Fizzer (see his link above) that choosing a bonus each time I want to deploy an army would make the game cumbersome - forget real-time games with LD! It had better been something simpler.

However, there is a quick solution in case bonuses form a hierarchy - and by this I mean that if two bonuses overlap, then one must contains all territories of the other. As someone has already mentioned, deployment can start with the smallest bonus. Although this does not fix the problem for all the maps (Poland Big, Biomes or Gotham City to mention just a few), it is something worth to implement in my opinion. I've left my response also
on https://warlight.uservoice.com/, so that Fizzer can see it.

Best I can offer is some sort of static rule.

Deploy armies from bonuses in a fixed order (if multiple bonuses).
First do lowest value bonus first (number of territories is the best option for value I think), if tied do bonuses by name.

So you would deploy from local to major. And players would either know or learn the order when playing. And doing something like strategy 3 in Fizzer's uservoice post, while looks like an ideal solution sounds overly complicated and might not work that well in practice imh.
