I think a South African Union in a future diplo could be a possibility, and Indochina might become one or two states. A balkanised Russia or China would be good - but USA splitting up is a bit cliché

You can make a few new nations sparked by nationalism, like Quebec, Texas, Kurdistan, and Tibet.
