Not enough coffee
I honestly had a genuine laugh when I read this, lol. I've changed a lot with regard to my diet, though. I almost daily eat spinach, walnuts, dates, raisins, pure black chocolate etc. And I drink black coffee without sugar, which I've never thought I could do, but yeah, seems like I've changed, hehe....
It feels great. :)
