if anyone has a cold war template to (loan? me?) for one of the following maps;

Issander's huge world, the world, or any of the bigger maps like these 2, really in this situation I guess someone with better knowledge would may use a different one then either of those.

I have a concept for a cold war scenario but idk too much about borders, and other essential details to have accurate slots. (ik noob right)

Hopefully someone who isn't worried about added/altered rules and settings and mods concerning nuclear card and cities I will explain concepts to whoever loans me a template, I will give credit for the template to it's creator and mention my modification, and invite anyone who wants to the game.

game will be fun and original, provided a righteous creator responds and blesses us with a template.

my (as far as it know, original concept) and settings are

commerce
gift gold

cities will cost a high amount, more then a single player can earn.
cites = missile silos. silos have limited range(yet to be determined)
a player can launch 1 nuke per silo per turn.

players will rely on other countries to assist them in constructing silos because they are very expensive.
players will need to gift gold in a circle through allies until one has enough to build a silo and launch a nuke.

start with plenty of nuke(recon) cards, but must build silos to launch.

How will you enforce the nuke ideas?

Sorry for all the questions, but I need to know more about what you want for the template, and I'm curious on how you'll enforce rules.

in order to make rule enforcement easier or less necessary I usually advertise in a few of my current hosted games so some will be ppl who i know RP and like unique custom scenarios..

I will put a steep level restriction as well maybe 25 or 30

I always hope a little too that my games run smooth with no PE most do.

2 people have volunteered to work on this project with me so there will be 2 versions map wise but most of my concepts should be the same I'm sure each will be equally awesome and anyone is welcome to join if they will adhere to the rules. I will invite you to a slot.

I made a 20vs20 Cold War template on World of Nations 2014 map awhile back if that's what you're looking for, though keep in mind the borders are fucked beyond belief as it isn't set on a coherent time or date. And it isn't exactly the most historically accurate of historical scenarios out there
