Quickmatch Arcade Better than Warlight open games

Combining Quickmatch matchmaking with all the unique game settings of open games.

Features:

unranked (no quickmatch ladder points)
settings allow selection of which game types a player can be assigned to (team games/Diplo/LD... )
respects block list (not matched with players on your block list )
game creation like open games now, but with a checkbox to allow quickmatch arcade autofill
respects creators game perequisites
unlocks maybe after strat MME (so there is some experience already)
