I'd like to adjust the borders so bonuses are distinct and clear. But I don't have much time or patience for such work lately.

Is anyone interested in helping with this map? Maybe I can help you with something later in exchange?

hey dodo. there are lots of black areas between the bonuses on your map. the eurasia & africa map is about three times bigger.

i'd like the e & a map to avoid border overlap between bonuses (http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Map_guidelines) and not have any black areas between borders.

if you're still interested dodo and up to the task, i'll invite you to a game.

Fixing borders not a hard job? It's one of the most labor-intensive aspects of making a map if you want to actually do it right.

Like how you are essentially looking for a map bitch Gui. Can't say I blame you though since it's such an annoying task.

No offense Dodo, but despite your talk of fixing borders being a rather trivial affair, your borders are horrid. Far too much black space between bonuses and even intra-bonus borders don't always overlap.

Richard, you should change your name to The Diplomat, for the many nuances and subtleties in your writing.

I did offer to help the co-mapmaker. For example, I have three tutorials (ladder 1v1s and 2v2s and Europe 3v3s) that might be a fair trade for help with the map. It took me quite a bit of time to make those tutorials.

So my very first map had gaps! I haven’t seen any of your maps yet.
This is a project I was working on:

I have become a bit better with borders but if you don’t want me to help out find someone elts.

Richard@ Have you ever made a map worth playing? Richard are you a psychopath? I am sure you would love a bitch to type your shit as well!

Dodo, Significant improvement in the borders between those maps. Very impressive. Still a few small gaps but it is nearly impossible to clean all of them... I know I certainly never did on my maps.

As for whether a map is worth playing, that is entirely subjective so the answer is different for each person.
As for whether I am a psychopath, the answer is no. At least not according to my last eval... I'll keep you posted on the results of my next one.

Sorry for going kind of crazy on my last post or for sending bad vibes! I just found that you were judging on work that was done long ago and I felt insulted. No you are not a psychopath.
Anyway, personally I don’t find it take overly a lot of time to fix borders.
