CTRL+click the territory on PC.
Use the link button (in game chat) then tap on territory for smart phone. (the button is located to the right of the chat box, and is also available as another way to link the territory on PC)

its one keyboard button + click on the terr.... you can just try every combination, if nothing works, then something on your end is likely the problem
