You should be able to access enemy team chat after game finishes. I have had a lot of fun in team chat sometimes, and I'm genuinely curious what goes on in the other team. There could be an option for enemy team to not allow access to their chat if they wish.

Then you would take advantage of the option to deny access. I only post this because I have some games saved exclusively for the team chat, and I wonder what great team talk I could be missing out on sometimes, especially ones where public chat is alive funny

I would probably stop using team chat if this was ever implemented

If I wanted you to read it, it'd be in public chat.
GDPR would also literally make such a feature illegal most likely.

One other reason why I want to read enemy chat is to see how they approach the game, could help a lot.

You cannot implement team chat reveal feature successfully. Team conversation would migrate to other platforms like mail threads or discord servers and the actual team chat would get filled with misleading information. Those who would approach the situation normally, would get their messages read and the information would be used against them, so effectively honest players would be the ones who would suffer the most.
I got better idea. If you really want to access some team chat information, you should contact X member of the opponent team and ask him to share information. Sure he could lie, but if there's something he doesn't want to tell you about the game, he sure won't say it in public team chat.
If there would be additional rules released forcing "honest" speak in team chats, it would make the matters worse. Any new implemented rule requires coding, man power to police and would inconvenience every player involved. There would be "thought policing", because defining difference between "honest" and "dishonest" communication is too much and some team players just like staying silent and play without communication. Proving bad intents is nearly impossible, especially if players know what they do.
There is no way to successfully implement this system into Warzone. You could go for opt in option, but in that case whatever public team chat information you'll get, will be dishonest and making this change will require some effort, which could be put to better uses.
