Is there any way to avoid playing w/ some people? I have a handful on my blocked list but they can still join games that I set up and I also end up playing them (involuntarily) in Quickmatch. What's the point of blocking if you can't avoid those bozos in play?

The only 100% sure way is abstinence.

If players are on your BL, you will still face them Quickmatch, tournament and ladder games. This is to prevent cheating the system by “selecting” your opponents.

They won’t be able to join games that you create, but they can join games that somebody else has created (as long as their not on that player’s BL).

I don’t think they can invite you to games that they create.
