My guess is the profile ID is a counter of that. So if someone joined today, their ID number would be the total number of profiles created so far.

That would make me player 999,878,954 to join. That seems very high though.

Also, you'd think Fizzer would be 1. But his ID is 62456969

So that can't be right at all.

There is no player number 1 if you follow the ID counter so I doubt it.

Please at least put in effort to spell some words properly.

I presume the number assigned to your profile is random and from a pool of a billion numbers, meaning a billion would be the maximum the Warlight system could handle. Of course with the number of alts some people own *cough*guimyhandgnuffone*cough* it's entirely possible.
