There is likely to be two teams. I don't know how I will separate them. So far I like team a and those in it seen to know each other and want to play together.

Phoenix, you should be on the higher-talent team. Doesn't make sense to have you lower.

I'd leave the second and third teams to others to organize/arrange as was done with the UK/Ireland team.

I just honestly think skill wise you belong in group A, and I don't think you are non-partial enough to say otherwise and be trusted.

If I may add in my opinion, I don't see any reason for teams to be divided by skill. It will only make for a more compact top tier, I'd rather see all teams having a shot at victory.
