I don't know what teams are expected now. Maybe 28 teams only is a possibility, lets see if people can pull out more teams in the tournament chat and in the forum threads.

Just have empty rounds. Either randomly or by skill, have a few teams start at the round of 16, instead of 32.

You could also have something like a wildcard battle. If you get 28 teams, you can for instance let losing teams fight for a wildcard that'll let them back in for the third round as the 8th seed. Just an idea.

since there is group stages it can be easily done with 7 groups.
The 2 best 3rd places also advance to the single elimination.

The Groups will be selected probably in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Dunga, i think we can make a second team for France. But need to be sure that the vacations will be honored in August too. In France August like July is a vacation month.

For the template, the auto-distribution does not go well with the wastelands. Not only will players get unlucky by being placed into wasteland bonuses, but you will also not be able to see whether or not your bonus has wastelands in it. :P

Furthermore, out-bonuses will be very very tricky to take with such a cost on the in-distro neutrals.
