Interesting point of view, krinid.
but I want to say that I not have problems that one member of our clan wants to go, I wrote that I understand it also for ur post krinid, its impossible to obligate someone to stay where he dont want to stay.
but in the other hands, if this players is good, is also because (maybe) the clan is cool and is a good place to grow up and all these things are not obvios. Here there are people working on it and we invest time to build a good player, all clans manager I think.
So for this one will be cool, to have a new investiment to follow your project, realize ur time in coins that u can use to grow up the clan in an other system

Generally, the "top" clans thrive on recruiting people from other, "not top" clans, as it's nearly impossible to find good players that are clanless nowadays (so when some clans becomes less active it's like a feast). Though as long as your players are already happy in your clan, because it offers them what they want, they aren't likely to leave, I say this as someone who jumped clans several times in my time on WZ and even was a manager in one of them. :P Back in my CORP days all the best players had offers from division A clans, some even multiple ones; they all stayed, because after being so long in the clan, it's like a virtual family you don't really want to leave. And in your case it's even real-life friends. :P
It never should be about your money (virtual or real), because ultimately clans are for players, not players for clans.
