As of this moment I declare that is allowed any form of alliance with any country you wish.
The EXCEPTION (and it involves most of the people) is if your team is already listed with teams (poland players for example, cannot form alliances).



In this case you have two options:
1. Still make a team in your country or close regions (Germany and switzerland for example will be allowed).

2. Register as Mercenary

The Mercenary System allows people that didnt register with any team to help teams that have unfortunate loss of players.
The Mercenary are only players of different nationalities than the teams that hires them(because changing players of same nationality will be allowed during group stage).
Mercenaries can only play 7v7 games. And they will come with a cost:
There will be 3 starters for each player and the team that have the mercenary will suffer a punishment. Both teams will receive one abandon card at 100%, and the mercenary player is FORCED to use the abandon card in one of his initial territories. So it will be a game of 21 vs 20 starters.
This punishment is not final and i accept suggestions.


So, I invite all players that ARE NOT IN A TEAM YET to either try to form an Allianced team in here or to register yourself as mercenary.

People will want players that they know and can trust mostly.

But that can be done in every step of the process. We can't check this facts.
