It's time to change for this clan. I'm sorry for those which will not be included in this list, but i made my personal decisions and considerations.
Too many people joined without even let me know, someothers only because they were friends of friends. This came to an end. We don't want to become the future REGL (with all the respect for the clan, i only mean that they let everyone to join).
I'm trying to keep only the best and possibly active in.
So here is the official list. If you have something to replay just create a game and tell me everything.
Lead: [WM]Red
[WM]Dazed & Insane (if he'll come back)
Members:
[WM]Desert_Fox
[WM]Artham
[WM]Falker
[WM]bitermer
[WM]czajnik
[WM]Nord
[WM]Bestuzheff
[WM]Temp
[WM]Szewenigen (depends by his summer/future disponibility)
[WM]X
[WM]NoobSchool
[WM]Mek Blaze
I please the others to remove the tag in front of their name. Thank you.

It strikes me as odd you include a leader whom you aren't even sure will come back at all, much less when, only two lines after you state a combined goal of having "the best" and "active" members?
As a practical tip, since it's impossible to edit forum posts and any request "please don't post here" will only attract troll-posts, wouldn't it be easier to put the list on your profile; you can (ab)use the bio feature for that.
Then you can just post "I am the leader of this clan, check my profile for the official members list"? (Of course, you'd do that after replacing the explicitly marked-as-outdated list on your profile with an updated one, preferably with a last-changed time stamp to let everyone quickly estimate whether you're still keeping it updated.)
Just my two cents! ;)

He's one of the founders of the clan so i'm trying to keep a place for him as long as possible, that's why is colluding with the "active" thing.
I'll also put it on the profile, this was only a reminder for those which probably don't see me so often do the timezone.

Red, If you meant any respect to "REGL", you wouldn't have even mentioned us. Nice to know what 50% of WM's leadership thinks of us.

John, it's no secret that REGL allows (and wants) every player of all skill levels to join. Did you really expect the result of that to be that higher quality players regard your average player as "good?" I have nothing against REGL, in fact, clans like REGL are good because they give a sense of community to all players of all skill levels, but you have to realize that with quantity comes lower quality.

John, panties on a bit tight?
His point was solely that he disagrees with your clan philosophy but he was by no means critical of it. The difference is obvious so its hardly like this is breaking news. He just thinks a different approach to clan-building more aligns with his interests.

you forgot vricas, and bigby, amongst others.
i dont appreciate you doing this, disappearing for weeks, and suddenly coming back and disowning players who have been [WM] for a long time. forcing this shit to be hashed out in public embarasses the clan.

@John It's your clan philosophy. Making every player join is not something which should make you feel offended man. Just different approaches.
@X Making it public it's a matter of visibility for the WM's, i don't care about the others which could see this.
About the others i didn't mentionate it's not a matter of how long they have been a part of this. A place in [WM] is not a lifetime membership. I never said that they are exiliated from the clan. I gave an opportunity to everyone to play a tryout. [X]Ryan tried several times and i think we played 5 tryouts, but until he's not "ready" to join i won't make it do that. The reason is about the level of their gameplay. For example VaporX and SailorBoy, they are both good team mate, which you can communicate with and listen to advices and so on, but their level is not enough. After all i never made a tryout with sailor and vapor, and even if i did i'd never make them join with the level they had/have.
I'm not claming to be the messiah of Warlight, just i think there are some standards a player should fit to join WM. We lost Gnuffone for that reason. He player a tourney with vapor and bigby, or whatever, i don't remember exactly, but 2 of the guys i excluded for now, and they lost every single match. After that Gnuffone left.
You are right that i left 2 weeks, X, but i was thinking to "clear" the clan weeks and months ago.I don't have nothing against them. I'll play all the tryouts they want and if i see that they got better i'll be proud to let them join.
I hope you will all understand, i just want to restore the clan's level. Otherwise, i'm also open to other proposes like making something like A and B teams, or whatever you want, but i lost 2 good players because of those inconvenience with team mates.
Dazed was for a more "familiar" approach (that's why he made VaporX and SailorBoy join even if i didn't agree) i'm for a skill based approach.
Last but not least, Falker is the last member who joined, if you want to see his gameplay just ask for me, i always play tryouts with everyone and i didn't make join anyone only because of "connection" or "relationships".
I wait for your opinion about makeing an A & B team.

WM Red there is nothing stopping people from putting that WM tag on their name Aand your idea is too make the official and elite wm and regard the rest as fakes,Phonies and copy cats just to keep the standard up to the community.
This sounds like a bad idea
Instead you should make subgroups a and be and c just make sure all members get it.

Red, regardless of what REGL's clan philosophy is, It is seen as a call out of that clan to bring their philosophies into your clan discussion thread.. why not just state that WM will become an elitist clan, as opposed to an everyman clan, and leave names out of it..?
my personal belief on clans, *regarding a clan If and when I ever make one* is that every member should be fairly well known to a fair amount of other members, and of decent enough skill level to be reliable to one another, or at least be able to know deference to better players decisions in team situations.
the elitist mentality, and removing players because they *lost every game in a tournament* is elitism in it's entirity.. why not instead of shrugging off players that don't meet your elitist standards, train them and give them a group environment to grow in.. skill in games like this can be learned, *and even simulated in a group environment* so long as the members are willing to learn.
This eventually elitism that clans develop, is one reason why I am highly reluctant to join them..

envaeronment i did not make it sound like that he wants only top players and an elitist mentality.
@perrin not all clans are elitist like REGL or Warlighters most new clans coming up with a few exclusion (unbeaten) are open for everyone.

@perrin true but the bigger the clan the harder it is to make that change for regl it might take a while to make that purge plus if most of your clan is inactive then it also harder.

Actually BlueMonkey, It seems that you are not in the clan. I don't mean to be rude, but I'm just taking what 50% of your clan leadership has posted, and putting it in the most respectful way I can.
Red didn't put you on the list, and you're not on his profile. He had to make some hard cuts to the roster, and is asking everyone else not on his list to remove WM from their name. (If I were a clan leader, I would at least tell people personally rather than just posting a list, but hey, I don't run my own elite clan.)
Red doesn't want to be a Future REGL, he said so himself. This is largely in part to his perception that REGL doesn't have anything skill requirements.
Red has an ideal for his clan, and you don't fit it. If you did, he would have put you on the list. WM is now only for ELITE players, (sounds like he should change his clan name to Elite?) but REGL has nothing but scrubs in it.
If you are interested in setting up a REGL invite match, I can coordinate. But I doubt you'd have any trouble making the cut, we accept just about anyone.
