Everything else is pretty much unimportant. I think this list really fits into a shoe-box. Homeless person can have a bank account or phone, but most obviously don´t for two reasons: theft and hunger.
The first mission would be to find a backpack or a good cart depending the style of roaming you are going to choose and how you want to earn your money. Locally, most homeless persons gather bottles from street and trash, each bottle gives them 10 € cents. Friday and Saturday evenings are preferred times. They visit soup kitchens and sleep in homeless centers (if they can keep sober), but in summers they sleep on streets. Trash bins are good source of food for them, especially supermarket ones (mostly these are not locked here). Fishing from river that crosses the city is an extra source of food here.
