the map has 25 canton bonusen, but there are 26 canton's. Basel-Stadt should have a canton bonus too.
So i think the bonusen shouldbbe like this:
terretorie Basel should be +1 and the 2 terretories together should be +1 canton of Basel-Stadt.

This map was the #1 rated map for at least 137 hours. The rating dropped between July 15 and 16, falling from 4.8 to 4.58. This would mean it received some 2-3 star ratings. and it rose slightly between July 16 and 21, moving from 4.58 to 4.64. This would mean it received some 5 star ratings and raising the average rating. And today, the rating fell from 4.64 to 4.4. Considering current number of ratings is 15 it would mean it received one 1/5 or two 3/5 ratings.
