I vote for abolishing raffles, here's why:

Public chat is almost entirely focused on raffles. There is barely any game talk or other topics. Just rafflers besieging the chat all day waiting for raffle. So raffle should be abolished or at least made A LOT more rare (like one a day).

That is true, most people in chat wouldn't be there if they couldn't win coins.

But without the Raffles, global chat would just be a downgraded version of the WZ Discord

Also, if you reduce raffles to once a day or so, you'd need a different time span to enter the raffle. (Or just assume anyone who chatted since last raffle has entered, and all you get is the RaffleBot announcing who won how much for chatting in the last period.)

Nope, it is fine as it is.
It's also a nice thing for newcomers to get first coins and start multiplying them in games (or lose them).

Isn´t it a bit nuisance to record all regular raffles, and especially in forum format? Would it not be better if there be a any free cloud SQL or spreadsheet format for coins, name, time. The downside would be troll who would register false raffles or just delete it.

If there are on average one raffle in an hour, then this forum thread gets flooded fast and the manual work for you to copy-edit-insert might exceed the benefit. If it be some easy access to register a raffle win in any spreadsheet/SQL way (without account needed, may it even be pastebin), then I can contribute, but posting in forum do seems not effective.

I think you’re doing a great job JK, I follow this thread and I try to participate in the raffles when I can. Obviously you can’t keep track of everything but it is interesting to read what you have. Albeit useless info it’s still numbers ! Maybe there are other stats you could look into tracking , that would be more interesting, like ladder stats. Maybe how often a certain person gets their #1 pick when contested... that could test for luck in the ladders maybe

The forum spreadsheet used to have the cells for adding Raffles unlocked, but it was vandalized withing an hour after going public.....

I agree with that, especially since most Raffles aren't recorded on the forum. If I ever find a lot of spare time, I will write a RaffleLogBot to keep the spreadsheet updated.

In order to keep the public Raffle spreadsheet protected, it needs a login to be edited. This can be bypassed by creating a separate private spreadsheet, from where I will just copy paste once every couple days.

If you PM me your email address, I can also grant you edit rights for the public Raffle spreadsheet (if you wish so)

As much as I would love to do a more indept analysis of a bunch of WZ related things, I don't have the time to track any of them manually. Since Raffles (with all the data point being just a single integer) are easy enough I will try my luck with automatic the gathering and publishing of the data once I find some spare time.

If I find that doable, I will attempt to do such analysis on other things.
