The game is garbage but I got the highest possible turn 2 income on MME. The chances of getting the exact distribution needed are ridiculously low. Another thing off my bucket list. Feel free to post other strange picking strats. I believe there is a .7% chance of a distribution that can result in this tactic.

Indeed. It requires a very specific combination of picks, just like with Antarctica/Australia 13 income in 2 turns.

I'd consider picking Antarctica though. Russia is just a "No."
