Perhaps a little known piece of history, or a picture of your own design, or maybe a poem. Sounds like a person that likes the arts, so delivering your message through a work of art might be a good idea.
Note: poems, music, literature, drawing/colouring/painting, and carving/building models and such are all considered forms of art.
