I started creating multi-day games last week and something strange happened to me.
I created one game for 9 players. After 24 hours I got infamous message : "The open seats for this game are no longer being advertised on the Open Games tab because they were not filled in a timely fashion."

But why after that short time? Some games haunts in open games for 2 or 3 days, rarely for a week.
So why my game cannot do the same? Is it connected with membership or did I simply failed something in settings?

@pitulnik, it says that for everyone's open games. To have it being advertised again, you need to go to "add or remove players" and every open seat, you need to remove, and then out back in.

As I know, I think it matters if the game were filled in a timely session... In most games, it is around 9-10 hours (based on my games).
The games that haunt in open games for 2-3 are commonly refreshed. Your game is doing the same as theirs. it is very easy to take out and put back in the open seats.

Well, you don't need to remove the open seats, just go to add or remove, then change noting and go back.

There is a different timer for real-time games and multi-day games as well. Also, the open game can still be joined, if you give someone the link to it for example, even if it is not being advertised.

Yes, you DO NOT have to add and remove a seat, just enter the add/remove players menu and exit out and It'll be removed
