Each round can end with these results: 5-0 / 4-1 / 3-2 / 2-3 / 1-4 / 0-5
Each clan can subscribe only one team with 5 players and (1-5) substitutes. Each player haves to play one 1v1 game each round. New players cannot be added during the event. Alts are not allowed.
Game Settings: ● Multiday game ● 3 days + 8 days banked time ● Vacations are not allowed

I'll see if I can get some players for Apprentice assembled.
A couple things I'd recommend though:
More template variety. Why not make each round consist of 5 different templates rather than just 1 (which is kinda bland), You can either use the same set of templates for all the rounds, or do different sets for each round, but I think this would be much more enjoyable.
Get clan leaders to seed the clans playing then average them out. It's the most fair, and deals with extra signups very well. Plus wild cards get rid of some of the bottom clans.
