I went to use a custom scenario for a custom coin game, yet I got a message saying
"
Sorry, you cannot use custom scenarios in coin games.
"
Can anybody explain the reason for custom coin games being distribution-only?

What JK said. Custom scenario games are never even, so one player always has more chances to win than another from the start. That can be a fun format, but it makes no sense with entry fees because either nobody will join the weaker slot(s), or a player who didn't understand that it's weaker and will be tricked that way does it.
